Cuman ini saham engga likwid, saat ini aja bid offer= 3450-3650.

Tapi PT Smart Tbk, ini sebenarnya gede, penjualannya aja
dua kali lebih gede dari Astra Agro.

Sales half year = 7724 miliar dan capitalisasi pasar = 10.339
miliar…

ROE = 47%
DER = 1,06
PBV = 2,24

COP = 3,7 thn balik modal
CLOP = 5,5 thn balik modal

GROWTH:
- Sales = 161%
- Operating profit = 89%
- Net pofit = 114%

MARGIN:
- Laba kotor = 26%
- laba operasi = 17%
- Laba bersih = 14% , bandingkan dgn INDF yg cuman 4%, jadi
kalo perang harga, INDF labanya 0% maka SMAR masih 10%

Net profit Q2/2008 = 673 miliar, Q1/2008 = 422 miliar,
jadi harga cpo jatuh, tapi laba bersih naik 251 miliar
atau naik +59% dibanding quartal sebelumnya (q1).

PER saat ini = 4,72 diharga 3600.

Kita kasih target PER = 10 dalam setahun (PER INDF hari ini)
jadi harga target SMAR = 10 /4,72 X 3600 = 7627.

Seharusnya PERnya bisa naik lebih tinggi dari 10 pada
saat market bullish, saat ini aja PER INDF udah 10,
tapi naik 100% setahun CUKUP ATUH…hehehe..

But if one year … I will get 24 % .. It’s more than deposito result ..

So  i think i must realized the gain than the stock drop quickly …

Here is some influence of EUR and USD to Oil and Stock Exchange from my experience ..

If EUR stronger than USD the Oil Price will rise , Commodity Stock anda Aggriculture Stock will rise , Infrastructure Stock , Basic Industry, Banking will drop

If USD stronger than USD the Oil Price will drop, Commodity Stock anda Aggriculture Stock will drop , Infrastructure Stock , Basic Industry, Banking will rise

LSIP (London Sumatra Tbk) is predicted from chart which i see in www.invest2000.net

from the chart is seen that the stock price of LSIP has been same from 2007 …

the bottom price is 6500 …

So just see in 1 months how is the effect if buying this stock at 6500 …

from my experience the commodity stock move higher and lower very fast ..

i think commodity can make rich quickly and poor  quickly too

in 8-8-2008  SMGR price is about 4000

and it’s predicted will be upper in some next months to 5600

by using Market Wise Tehnique ( Tehnical Analysis i think )
